ATTRIBUTES TO BE ADDED:
Enlarged erythrocytes + quantity produced by bone marrow increase.
Resistance to pain by introducing self-replicating numbing agents.
Elimination of free will by memory wipe procedure.
Acceptance of any order given by MEM-WIP procedure and unconscious indoctrination.

TEST SUBJECTS:
(Last names(family names) have been excluded for after the procedure last names will not matter. also, it is to ensure that their families never learn of the whereabouts of their children. some subjects were taken into the Spartan Program and thus last names were omitted before entering VIKING. The last name listed is a name either chosen by the Spartan or [classified] or the name was taken when they entered the Spartan Program or the name has a special significance and was kept because it is not considered a last name but rather part of their first name and even with that name no one would be able to claim them as their child procured by ONI.)

SUCCESS RATE:
Success rate was calculated by the amount of Implants and augmentations added to the subject divided by the amount planned to be added. Those with higher percentages have more Tech. Implants in them then the lower percentages.

RESULTS:
Subject: Cathan
Status: Terminated.
Reasons: retained the memory wipe procedure, but none of the other attributes.


Subject:Theras
Status: Terminated.
Reasons: kept the skills to a degree as well as the mem-wipe, but the pain blockers and blood boosters failed.


Subject:Cole
Status: Terminated.
Reasons: retained a small increase in blood quantity, but nothing else.


Subject:Mali
Status: Approved.

Reasons with a cautionary statement: retained everything, excluding the pain blockers, including his free will. He would accept orders, but not without questioning them first. In spite of this, he is still bound to the order, however he tries to find anyway out of it if he disapproves. Caution is advised. Another memory wipe will be performed upon every transfer to new units and teams, to prevent complications.

Subject:Gin
Status: IN PROGRESS.
Reasons: kept all of the attributes, but none of the skills. Was moved to the SHIELD program.


Subject:Lazaren
Status: Terminated.
Reasons: retained some of the skills, as well as some attributes, but nothing else. If anything, he forgot more than he remembered.


STATUS OF PROGRAM:
TERMINATED. Next batch of recruits were either returned to their homes, or killed, depending on how far along they were in progress.

NOTES:
Nikolaus and Revnik expressed distaste at this "use of Spartans," but they continued consulting nonetheless. Revnik in particular had to be removed from the room several times and threatened with [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] before finally accepting his station.

Frederick displayed horrible safety procedures when handling the [REDACTED] , [REDACTED], and the INJ-248 Compound Injector. He almost caused a total failure of the [REDACTED] in subjects Mali and Gin. We are lucky Jak decided to come in early those days. I recommend Frederick be sent to an Evaluator.

Harper and Joli seem to be...close. Perhaps too close. I suggest assignments to separate projects, specifically, Joli to Juggernaut (if there is an open position) and Harper to Shield.
