Planet: Shadow of the Moon

20 hour day, 12 hour night 1/2 hour in the shadow of the planet it revolves around.
features: one large continent, millions(or billions, no one wants to count all of them) of small islands, 70% water, the one largest continent has the only city, Urbium, which is about 250 miles in diameter (might edit) and is on the coast.
cities:

Urbium: a Major city, run by slum-lords, under-lords, Godfathers, and people with enough power and might to have some sort of control and peace. split into 4 areas- the slums, the mid-town, and tall-town and farmland. mid-town is middle-class and mostly peaceful, until Anti-UNSC come through, Tall-town is a high class area where most real businesses are and is the safest place to be, you need a card to get in, and one to get out. none of the rabble that make up the Middle or the slums gets in. the slums are self explanatory.

towns: too many to count.

Most of Urbium is Anti-UNSC, and most of Urbium would be the Slums and middle class area. the Talls don't care, as long as their little utopia isn't disturbed. the farmland is, well, farmland. it's farmed. by farmers. and the occasional curious Elite. Urbium is 43% Sangheili and 56% Human. that other 1% is to allow for fluctuation as visitors will tip the scales.

The farmland resembles a rural italian country-side. with hills and small farmer-buildings scattered through-out. the Farmers have a system of law unlike that of the mid-town or slums, they have a modified feudal society. with a Farmer-king at the top, and serfs at the bottom. all men and women are treated fairly. there is no corruption, because if there was not only would they die, but so would the city.
