Yeah we did. It was one of those two planets. One had the few inches of rain per year, while the other had like feet of it.

=i stop for a second=
And I forgot the name and location of them.

Scythe:

Tar:

i'm so alone... more than ever... Lapis is gone, Aura is gone...

I come to a stop in front of him. My chest is blazing now so strongly infact that I'm surprised he cannot feel the heat.

So things are uncertain for now?

Scythe:

Tar:

=he sits on the ground=

=Eventually, the Eirav Wing came out of Slipspace over Shadow of the Moon. Meanwhile at the Obsidian Wolf, Delta had sent orders to the Military base to send out for the aid of their allies. Within hours, fleets from Srevaera, The Di-Lumnis belt, and even Vera's New Covenant rallied beside the XNNOs. Once they arrived, the battle was short-lived. The UNSC was driven off in a hail of cannon fire from all ships in one massive broadside volley. After the enemy had been repelled yet again, the leaders of each of the planets met in the Military base of the Obsidian Wolf. Discussing plans for the future of their alliance, they talked a lot about what to do about what Delta called 'the Haven problem'. Each of the six XNNOs were in favor of launching a full-on assault, with the Hellfire cannon as their first, and more likely than not, last blow, moving in with the armadas of the entire alliance on the off chance the Schism Bomb didnt destroy the planet utterly. Vera and the New Covenant leaders were also in favor of this idea. The Niik'sih of Srevaera was more interested in discussing an alliance between Srevaera and Haven, in hopes that it could lead to one between Haven and the XNNOs. The Sethalii had a very different idea. Being the people that they are, they suggested that Delta call for council between all of the worlds of the alliance, and Haven. Alpha was swayed towards this plan, as was Sigma. Theta and Delta, however, were not. The armada was mobilized again. The capital ships of the entire alliance, Six from the XNNOs, three from Srevaera, Three from the Sethalii, and one from the new Covenant, set out for Haven=

=i smile, nod, and pull him close to me as we head off towards the bridge=

Scythe: i don't know, probably sleeping...

Tar:

=While Jason was meeting the Council, and Miranda still slept, I held up my end of the bargain: I did the chores for the ship. Yeah, I washed the dishes, cleaned the table, did the laundry......and found that it was not that bad. Hell, it was oddly relaxing, gave me time to better focus. Besides, it made me realize something: When I'm flying on missions, I'll never be able to predict the outcome, or what the future held for me. But doing these simple chores.....those, I could predict. Those things I could control. The outcome was clear to me, and not so muddled=

=i chuckle=
That does sound like him. How long did he sleep in the messhall that one time?

Scythe: about a day or two...

(Lana)
I don't think I could ever sleep a whole day. Not unless someone or something was keeping me asleep.

Tar:

Scythe:

=i stop and look=
Yeah, I think so.

=i kneel down next to him and nudge him a bit=
Hey, Tar, you awake?

Tar: i was never asleep...

Well, then what are you doing on the floor?

Reality hit me, and so I fell...

You have family, a job, good looks. You just gotta go out and find someone.

my only family is Kurbis


Scythe;

(impersonating idiot) who me?

Tar: well i do have looks... but who's right for me?

(Lana)
=i poke Kurbis in the shin and give him this look of "help me here"=

Well, it depends on two things, to kinda overly simplify things. You need to want them nothing but happiness, and they gotta do the same for you. It's not easy, and it sometimes takes years before you find someone.

Scythe:

unlike me and Lana who started gettin' physical on the... forth day was it?

but i guess the key was happiness...

=I whisper in Lana's ear=

=i poke him lightly in the shins to tell him to stop, jokingly, while my face went a bit pink=
My point is, you gotta go and find them. Meet some people, talk to them, get to know a girl and see how it is. If it doesn't work, move on.

=i look back at Kurbis with a slightly amused face but mostly a warning to seriously try before looking back at Tar=
If you just lay around here, you won't get anything. The universe won't just hand things to you, you gotta go and get them.

Tar:

=i chuckle as well and pull Tar up by the arm=
I'm serious, now. You need to go and find someone, not wait for them to come to you. Understand me?

Tar: so should i just walk around and talk to women that i like?

Pretty much. And if you don't find anyone here, go look somewhere else. As long as you look, you'll find her eventually.

Tar: thanks Lana...

i'm glad your my sister in law now...

No problem, Tar-t. You're a good kid, just a bit thick sometimes.

Hey, being thick isn't all that bad. Kurbis can be thick sometimes and I still love him.

Scythe:
