Yea, i heard alot about the Threes being used in suicide missions, but never that they were abused and cast aside like rags.

Well. when i say 'Suicide missions', i mean something that was absolutely necessary at the time. Something like the defence of Reach.

Reach was doomed from the start. Anyone with eyes could've seen that. The best they could've done was evacuated people, and massed their forces at Earth, and make a better defense. Instead, they tried to defend a planet against an overwhelming enemy with too few forces.
